(yes, I make the best tiramisu of the world, no, I do not go too far)

As you all know it (since you read this blog attentively, of course), on Saturday I was in a birthday. The interess e main had ordered me a black forest for dessert. As much as I had crossed a whole day to make the last and what E. his great recipe in 15 minutes did not want to spin me, I said " no way ". Of blow I made a tiramisu (my favourite dessert, with the cheesecake, but shone I the maitrise yet, the ptit bastard). Here is the recipe for 4 persons (to us it was eaten in 3, they are gourmands):

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (big, medium, small, they do it, you know as me that it is not the size which counts)
  • 60 g of brown sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 170 g of mascarpone
  • About cookies in the spoon (I know not how much, everything depends on the size of the dish) (and you take no boudoirs sorry, it is not good this knack)
  • Some coffee (that you will let cool down)
  • A little cocoa for the decorative

Surgical mode:

  • Separate the whites of yellow.
  • Whip yellow forcefully with the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Stink for a long time, until this whitens little.
  • Top up the mascarpone, always in the hand mixer.
  • To take whites up in snow (there you do not forget great good to wash your whips of the percussionist, otherwise no snow there will be).
  • Incorporate whites in the rest of the mixture (not in the whip this time, but the spoon).
  • Trempouiller slightly cookies in the coffee and to wallpaper with it the bottom of the dish (just a side, otherwise they will be too soft, are too much soaked, it will be not great cool what) (and it is there that you thank me for having told you to let cool down the coffee, because you have no brulure to the 3rd degree on your fingers).
  • Pour the mixture with the mascarpone over.
  • Decorate with the cocoa.
  • Fridge 4 h minimum.

And voil !!! (I have no photo of the inside of the tiramisu, everything was eaten before I could draw the apparatus):

    I confirm, he is delightful! In research months of the perfect tiramisu, I have of it gout of creamy surplus, too much sweetened, seeping the coffee!
    But there I really found the recipe which I will make from now on, except that I put 200g mascarpone because I am a gourmand :p :p
